​Why I Built This Program for You

I’m  Shannon Mink  — certified personal trainer, mom, wife, and believer that it’s never too late to feel strong and steady in your body.

After earning my degree in Exercise Science and spending years personal training clients over 50, I saw a common theme: most fitness programs didn’t truly meet the needs of real people. They were either too intense, too fast-paced, or left people feeling sore, confused, or discouraged.

So, I started filming short workouts — just 10 minutes long — for my clients to do at home or on the go. They loved it. And the best part? They got stronger. Not just in workouts, but in everyday life.


This program was built for people like you — who want to feel better, move better, and do it all on their own time. With all God as given me -especially the amazing clients I work with- my goal is to use this program to help as many people as I can.
