By using the Senior Strength Anywhere website, resources, or exercise programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation:
You are voluntarily participating in a fitness program designed for adults aged 50 and older. You understand the exercises involve physical activity and carry some risk.
2. Health Disclaimer:
You affirm that you have consulted your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
3. Assumption of Risk:
You assume all risks and responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may result from participating in our programs, regardless of your current physical condition.
4. Release of Liability:
You release and discharge Shannon Mink and Senior Strength Anywhere from any claims, causes of action, or liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

5. Equipment Use:
You are responsible for using any equipment (such as dumbbells or resistance bands) safely and appropriately. Senior Strength Anywhere does not provide equipment and is not responsible for equipment failure or misuse.
6. Content Use:
All content is for informational purposes only. You agree not to reproduce or distribute content without permission.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not participate in the program.
